Magic of Lights Ottawa Returns for 11th Spectacular Season at Wesley Clover Parks
Ottawa's favourite drive-through holiday light experience returns November 20 through January 2, supporting the CHEO Foundation.
Ottawa, ON — Magic of Lights Ottawa returns to Wesley Clover Parks for its 11th spectacular season, bringing holiday cheer and bright smiles to Ottawa's west end from November 20, 2026, through January 2, 2027.
This dazzling drive-through experience features over two million twinkling lights along a two-kilometre route at the Wesley Clover Parks Campground. With more illuminated tunnels than ever before and an impressive collection of festive displays, Magic of Lights continues to be a favourite holiday tradition for families across the National Capital Region. One vehicle, one price.
Visitors can enjoy a festive journey through beloved holiday scenes, including the timeless 12 Days of Christmas, Reindeer Road, Winter Wonderland, Toyland, and the whimsical Prehistoric Christmas. Larger-than-life displays, including the towering 32-foot animated Mattel's Waving Christmas Barbie® and iconic BIGFOOT® Monster Truck, add to the experience and create memorable moments along the route.
Returning for its fifth year, the Mark Motors Group “Holiday Pit Stop” invites guests to step out of their vehicles and explore a festive winter village right inside the Magic of Lights route. Visitors can stroll through an illuminated forest trail, capture photos among festive displays, write a letter to Santa at the MOVE 100 Letter Writing Station, and enjoy delicious Canadian treats served up by BeaverTails® and Amiwo's Café.
Beyond the holiday festivities, Magic of Lights continues to make a meaningful impact in the community. Since its Ottawa debut, the event has donated more than $350,000 to local charities, supporting important causes throughout the National Capital Region. This season, Magic of Lights is once again proud to support the CHEO Foundation, helping children, youth, and families who rely on CHEO for exceptional pediatric care. Each year, Magic of Lights also donates tickets to CHEO, having welcomed more than 3,000 carloads of CHEO families and staff to enjoy the experience to date.
Magic of Lights wouldn't be complete without a soundtrack of holiday favourites. MOVE 100, Ottawa's Christmas music station and a founding event partner, will once again help visitors get into the festive spirit with holiday music to enjoy throughout the journey.
Magic of Lights is made possible through the generous support of its community partners. Wesley Clover Parks is pleased to welcome Robertson Rent-All and Lépine Apartments as new sponsors for the 2026 holiday season. Their support helps bring this much-loved holiday experience to life for thousands of visitors each year.
